Day 19

Sunday September 13th. 8.11 miles at a 10'36" pace. I'm pretty please with that considering I felt like falling over most of the time and the ipod ran out of juice at about 3.5 miles so I was left alone with my thoughts. It is now 7 until the ING distance run and I'm feeling pretty confident. Here is what I got up to on my mix:

4. Corn on Macabre- Pteradactyl Shutdown

5. Cave In- Until Your Heart Stops

7. Orchid- NJ vs. Valhalla

8. Tusk- Life's Denial

9. Dillinger Escape Plan- Jim Fear. The Ipod crapped out during this one. Boo!
