Day 18

Thursday September 10th. Had a busy week so I didn't get out as much as I would have liked to but i went out on yesterday and logged 3.33 miles at a pace of 9 minutes 38 seconds per mile. I felt fast. I listened to the new Tombs' record, "Winter Hours". This is definitely my favorite record of the year so far. It is such a good mix of black metal, hardcore and ambient drone. There are also some really good driving rhythms that are really helpful while trying to push myself to run faster.
