Thursday July 30th. I ran 4.12 miles and listened to Torche's "In Return" for the first time since "Meanderthal" came out. This record starts of nice and slow then picks up to metal/pop goodness with plenty of noodling. Not a bad choice at all.
This blog is to document my training for the Philadelphia Distance Run on September the 20th 2009. I will be listening to nothing but metal while i do so. Hail Satan!
